Financial Health 101

This two hour (2) seminar outlines a clear and practical approach to understanding the basics of personal finance.  Participants will learn about the following topics: current financial health, debt, credit scores, investment concepts, insurance, saving for college, estate planning, flexible savings accounts, etc.

Pricing: $50 per attendee up to 40 attendees ($2000), each additional attendee over 40 will incur a $5 materials fee.

Basics of Investing

This two hour (2) seminar teaches the basics of investing in stocks, bonds and mutual funds.  This course is best for individuals who understand the basics of personal finance and are ready to take their knowledge to the next level.  Participants will learn about fundamentals of the stock and bond market, keys to successful mutual fund investing, asset allocation, benefits of retirement accounts and buying funds from the best firms.

Pricing: $50 per attendee up to 40 attendees ($2000), each additional attendee over 40 will incur a $5 materials fee.

Home Buying 101

This two hour (2) seminar will prepare attendees to buy their first home.  Participants will assess their readiness to buy, assess what they can afford, learn details of home financing and learn how to comprise a winning real estate team.

Pricing:  $50 per attendee up to 40 attendees ($2000), each additional attendee over 40 will incur a $5 materials fee.

The Twelve Month Financial Makeover

Dollars & Sense Education will provide monthly (12) wellness seminars for your employees to give them a full impact personal finance education experience.  Each seminar is one hour (1) in length and covers:  Setting Financial Goals, Improving Credit Scores, Dealing with Debt, Investing 101, Investing 102, Taxes, Insurance, Automatic Budgeting, 401(k)/403(b) Rollovers, Section 125 Plans, 529 College Plans and Estate Planning.  The program can be tailored to fit the needs of your company.

Pricing: $300 per attendee up to 40 attendees ($12,000), each additional attendee over 40 will incur a $25 materials fee.
